Backing up cPanel emails

I want to backup my cPanel emails, in case I had to change to another server. Can anyone here please tell me how can I backup cPanel emails.

1.
It’s very simple. From  your cPanel’s Backup Wizard choose the emails and back up.

2. The emails in cPanel are stored in the file  ‘homedir.tar’ inside the mail folder. There are other folders ‘domain.com’ and ‘emailuser’  for each email account. You can simply backup those folders.
